Service plans

Keep every arm on the line.

Plans are for cells ArmMate has installed. They cover remote support, preventive maintenance, and an on-site response target. They are written with the cell, not sold from a shelf.

Plan terms

  • Contract term. 12 months, then month to month until you cancel.
  • Cancellation. Email hello@armmate.com at least 30 days before the end of the current term. Billing stops at the end of that notice period.
  • Refunds. Fees already paid are not refunded.
  • Response targets. The hours on each plan are targets confirmed at signup, not a promise that a truck is already rolling. If ArmMate misses a confirmed target, the remedy is a service credit equal to that month's plan fee for the affected arm, applied on the next invoice.
  • Loaner arm (Premium). If a similar-reach arm is in ArmMate stock, Premium includes it for the repair window at no extra rental fee. Shipping and your downtime window are confirmed when you request it. A loaner is not guaranteed to be on the shelf.
  • Multi-arm discount. Two arms: 10% off the combined monthly price. Three or more arms: 15% off the combined monthly price. The discount is printed on the invoice.
  • Coverage. Plans cover only cells installed by ArmMate.

What a plan is for

  • Remote support

Someone who knows the cell, during business hours, before anyone drives to the site. Remote support runs over an encrypted, customer-approved connection. No inbound ports are left open on your network.

  • Preventive maintenance

Scheduled checks so the arm is not waiting on a breakdown to get attention.

  • On-site response

A written response target for the day a technician needs to be on the floor.

The plan follows the cell.

We scope support during the assessment, then attach a tier once the arm is on the line.
