ArmMate assesses the station, utilizes your existing equipment, designs the installation, installs the arm, and stays on the job after go-live. The company is based in Irvine.
What we are hired to do
Assess a station, design a cell around the equipment that is already there, install and program it, and support it after go-live. Primary work is restaurant frying retrofits and CNC shop automation. Other system integration, including apple picking, follows the same method when the assessment says it should.
The name on the arm
Installed cells carry the ArmMate name on the arm, so a crew can spot one on the floor.

The brand is chosen for payload, reach, and the way the station is built. Names we integrate include:

Field technicians
After go-live, a network of field technicians handles service on installed cells. Technicians who do that work can carry an ArmMate certification for the stations they support. The certification is for working technicians.
